Useful Information

 

CLUBHOUSE

The Clubhouse opens at 7.30am (time varies according to season).
Smoking is not permitted.
Lunch is served in the Dining Room from 12.30 to 2.45pm - please book in advance.

 

USE OF MOBILE PHONES

 

MOBILE PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE CLUBHOUSE, ON THE TERRACE OR ON THE COURSE. They may only be used in the Car Park.

DRESS CODE

 

Smart casual dress may be worn in both bars until 6.30pm, after which gentlemen are required to wear jackets with tie or roll-neck sweater. Jackets should, however, be worn at all times in the Dining Room, either over casual dress or with collar and tie.

On the Course and in the Clubhouse, denim jeans, collarless shirts and "trainers" or "sneakers" are not considered acceptable. In the summer months, tailored shorts may be worn on the course, however, they should be of reasonable length and worn with knee length stockings. Shorts are not allowed in the Lounge areas from lunchtime onwards.

Golf Shoes are not allowed in any part of the Bar/Lounge areas or Dining room.

No restrictions on type of golf shoe spikes on the golf course.

 

CADDIES/ TROLLEYS

 

Caddies must be booked in advance on 07810 576607. Please note that all caddies must be paid for unless the Caddie Master is given 24 hours notice of cancellation. The 2010 Grade "A" caddie rate is £40 per round, excluding gratuity. Trolleys may be hired from the Professional Shop at £4 a day and electric trolleys are £10 per round or £17.50 per day.

 

PROFESSIONAL SHOP

 

The Professional Shop is open daily from 8am to 7pm (subject to season). Our Professional, Simon Peaford, and his team will be delighted to assist you with any golf equipment, clothing, accessories or gifts you may require.

 

AVOID SLOW PLAY!

 

Slow play decreases the enjoyment of every other player on the course. Please do all you possibly can to avoid it - pick up when you cannot score and keep up with the group in front.
