The Head Professional is Simon Peaford

Simon Peaford who has developed a reputation as a fine coach to leading amateur and club golfers, both men and ladies. His philosophy is clear and his instruction thoughtful, successful and based on the fundamentals. He enjoys excellent facilities at Walton Heath. The practice grounds are ideal for both long game and short game and the large putting green is one of the finest in the country.

Indoor Teaching Studio

In 2004 a fabulous addition to the facilities was the setting up of an Indoor Teaching Studio. It was opened by John Jacobs OBE, the renowned teaching guru and Captain of the European Ryder Cup Team when the matches were played at Walton Heath in 1981.

The Teaching Studio is equipped with GASP video analysis technology. Its three camera system records the golf swing from key positions and displays them on the screen for detailed, three dimensional swing analyses and side-by-side comparisons with the techniques of the world's leading players. It allows comparison with earlier swing sequences and enables the golfer to make the required swing adjustments enhancing and accelerating the learning process.

More recently, Simon has also invested in the latest Trackman radar technology so now the ball flight and clubhead data can be displayed indoors or out on the practice ground. This is available to members and guests alike.
